For those children starting at West Hoathly School in September 2019 we will be holding Cygnets sessions on Thursdays next term. The pick up time will be 2.30pm.

The first session will be Thursday April 25th.

There will be no Cygnets on Thursday 2nd May as there are elections in the West Hoathly Village Hall and our usual pre school session (8.45-12.30 will be held at Highbrook Village Hall.

Sessions will continue on May 9th, 16th and 23rd.

Half term

Cygnets will continue on June 6th, 13th.

No cygnets after sports day on June 20th.

Cygnets will continue on June 27th and July 4th.

There will be no Cygnets on July the 11th, we will be holding a leavers day party.

The cost for each session will be £10. This will be invoiced separately.

The first few sessions will be held in the village hall, for this the children will need to bring in a packed lunch. They will also need a PE kit. This just needs to be a pair of shorts and Tshirt and a pair of trainers or plimsoles if you have them for the children to practice changing in and out of. (A very useful skill for school!)

We are hoping from May 23rd to take the children up to the school for the sessions. (We are just waiting on confirmation from the school). During our sessions at the school the children are able to have a hot meal. The cost for this is £3 per meal. If you would like your child to have a hot meal please could you let us know and pay £15 in cash (for 5 meals) on or before 23rd May. After lunch we will spend time in with the Reception class getting to know the teachers and school children. There will always be two members of pre school staff with the children while we are at school.

We are also looking to coordinate a second hand uniform sale after one of the sessions and will let you know the date for this.
