Although many of our children receive government funding and others will pay termly fees,  this does not in any way cover the running coats of the Pre-School.  A huge amount of fundraising also needs to take place in order to cover costs such as staffing, insurance, premises, staff training and resources.

Without this fundraising the Pre School simply could not exist.  In the last year, the committee have organised events such as the Band Night, Hog Roast, Bistro evening, Easter party, Ladies night, cake and lolly sales at the school and stalls such as at the Summer and Christmas school fairs.  This coming year we look forward to similar events and would welcome any help you could offer, even at just one event.

Please do look at out calendar and News Blog for details of upcoming fundraising events.

Below are some examples of previous fundraising activities we have run.

So many thanks to Lorna and Pete (Joshua’s Parents) for the fantastic Hog Roast they ran for Pre School at the West Hoathly Village Fair this summer.  It was a fantastic day. They raised over £500 which we will be using to buy some new resources to develop the children’s Literacy and Fine Motor Skills.  We really appreciate your hard work and effort, thank you!

Do keep an eye on the News Blog for information about other upcoming events and so let us know if you have any ideas about events we could run to raise money for Pre School.
